Nidia Martínez Barbieri

I was born in La Plata, Argentina, in 1977, and have lived in Malmö, Sweden, since 2013. I have been working in the field of dance since 2000. As a dancer and choreographer, I’m interested in developing the expressive potential of the body. I enjoy working with people from varied backgrounds, which is why I collaborate with artists from different fields, nationalities, genres, and ages. I allow my curiosity about different subjects to inspire my creations and, at the same time, modify the development of their paths.
